overall, I am very pleased with this generator. It's definitely a good value. the FedEx guy delivered in good condition. the packaging was excellent. I took it out of the box, install the wheel kit (5-10 minutes), filled with fuel and oil and began immediately. It's fairly quiet for a generator, but keep your peace of mind is a relative thing.
